Speech loss with indicator-weather

Hi all,

I get a complete speech loss when performing the following steps:

Install indicator-weather 12.07.30 and set up a location.
Focus the desktop.
Press Alt-F10 to open the top panel.
Arrow down through the weather statistics.
When you hear "Forecast" press enter. The 4-day forecast will come up.
Press the Orca key plus numpad 7 to move to the top of the flat review
buffer.
Use the numpad 9 key to review the forecast information.
When you are on the Close button with the flat review cursor, press enter to
close the window. At this point, I lose all speech. I have to manually shut
down the PC.

This is 100% for me. Can anyone else duplicate this? I don't know how to
post bugs yet, but on my machine this seems to be a bug.
