should we be adding any k2s2o5 at this time?
i usually add when racking, but we are not racking, and we are waiting for a while to bottle.
what say you greg?

We can wait until we bottle to ad the next round of sulfur.  Only if it looks or smells funky, should we do anything else to the wine.  It is stable in the closed container.

Maybe a few days.  It loses its potency pretty fast after it is added to the wine.  It's the relationship between free and bound sulfur the creates the effect we need.  The free dissipates very fast and then we would be only added bound sulfur.  That's the taste and smell we don't like.
