For autocomplete I use http://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=2620 so try them out =)

Try clang_complete, IMHO unbeatable, especially in combination with supertab.

(Means of course installing llvm and clang.)

There are a lot of really nice plugins to try for vim, you just have to start.
