[PATCH] menu.vim

Hello,

When function s:SpellLang() find only one additional spell file and
this spell file is found prior to English spell file, vim user is
informed incorrectly that 'en' spell file was added.

Attached patch file fix this and also adds g:menutrans_set_lang_to
variable for easier translation of 'automatically' added menu items.
