Hi;
To repeat the problem,
1- Download http://bugs.pardus.org.tr/attachment.cgi?id=4299
2- And open console, LC_ALL=tr_TR.UTF-8 vim hede.asm
Turkish characters (ı,ü,ö,ş,ğ,ç) not colored.
