[PATCH] Replacement /etc/init.d/asterisk & /etc/config/afrimesh providing minimal UCI support

It's far from complete but in the spirit of releasing early&often here's a preliminary replacement for the asterisk init.d script.

Featuring:

. Basic Asterisk configuration support for the LuCI UCI config tool and Afrimesh.

. Supports the existing MP dialplan as well as adding SIP client support to the MP.

. Strange bugs and undefined behaviors.

!!! WARNING !!! To simplify testing it currently forces an overwrite of any existing:

sip.conf
extensions.conf

This behavior _will_ be disabled in future to allow for transparent integration with existing asterisk configurations.
