Where do I download the latest SCEN firmware?

I've recently obtained two tp-link 703 devices and want to flash them.

Hi Charles,

You should use the firmware at

http://villagetelco.org/download/firmware/secn/unstable/tp-703n/SECN-1.1/factory/

and subsequent sysupgrades from

http://villagetelco.org/download/firmware/secn/unstable/tp-703n/SECN-1.1/sysupgrade/
