transform one of my MP in classic access point ?

Yes, you can. I recommend to use the end-user firmware. Get it here:
ftp://elektrad.info/MESH-POTATO/ENDUSER-FIRMWARE and update with the
ap51-flash utility. You can select the access point mode from a phone.
Dial m-e-n-u and choose the appropriate application profile.
