David suggested I post a message I sent him here.
My name is Lester Carignan. I am interested in the Mesh Potato project
for the same reasons I started WWW.GlobalCallVoIP.com. I would like to
provide a low cost communication alternative to those who cannot
afford the traditional Telecom model. I was living in Brazil for a
couple of years and was amazed at how much the phone bill could
consume of the average persons monthly salary. I was actually in rural
North East Brazil in October "trying" to set up a primitive network
using some RTP300 boxes. Anyway, if someone needs some termination for
testing, give me an email and I will see what I can do.
Kind Regards,
Les

That is what the mesh-potato is all about. I was just offering test
termination for anyone needing it to connect their mesh to the outside
world. If you are unable to obtain a MP test unit or wait for the
production unit, then there are other ways. However, with respect to
this groups hard work and focus, I do not think it is a good idea to
talk about them here. I would suggest doing a Google search on mesh
configuration or contact me directly to discuss what equipment you
have available that might to the job.
Kind Regards,
Les
