Hi
We were debating where to start our test. Then this happened http://www.sowetan.co.za/News/Article.aspx?id=1108329 (not sure if funny or sad)
Telkom is our local landline operator. It just so happens that we have wifi links into this area providing connectivity to the Library and Community centre.
So the MP will be the only POTS in the area

I wonder if we can make (to ICASA) a case for failure to provide connectivity as sufficient cause to cancel the exclusivity clause (in whatever form that takes, assuming the license conditions are publicly accessible). (Not) just an idle thought :-)
