The Holidays are drawing nearer and Vikingeskolen has three sessions
left for the semester.

On Saturday we have Baking and Picture Day followed by Thanksgiving
break and resuming December 5 for lots of "Julehygge" during the
course of December.

Feel free to wear your Vikingeskolen T-shirts this Saturday for the
pictures and bring "boller" and other "hjemmebag" to make the day
special. The children will be decorating cookies and making
"æbletryk."

We'll also start practicing Lucia song this Saturday so be sure to
practice at home.

We have lots of activities planned for Christmas with "julestue,"
"Luciaoptog," "Juletræsfest" and gifts for the kids on the last day of
school. Please invite friends and family for this special day. And
watch out for the sign-up sheets to bring Danish Christmas food. As
always we look for a Santa and help with kids goodie bags.
