Error: jwt authorization failed with Userld

Hi, 

I love the Vignanam app. I have been using this flawlessly for last 6months. I have my favorite shlokas downloaded in my account on my iPhone. 

Looks like recent update (since last couple of days) I am having issues. First, I was asked by the app  to re-login. After logging in, all my favorites and downloads are gone. And when I try to download something new, I get this "jwt authorization failed with Userld" at the bottom of the screen. Screenshot attached.

Can you please fix or suggest a workaround. I am using "Login with Apple ID" option to sign into vignanam app.

Namaste Vasu mahodaya,

I suppose you are using Apple login to use the app.  We had some issues with the Apple login with the new update and we are working on fixing the issues.  We have an update ready which fixes this issue and we are currently testing it.  We will release it tomorrow and it should be live in the app store in a couple of days.  

In the meantime, you can use google login, which should not have any issues.

Hi,

I am using 3.1 version I am not able to login to the app using Apple ID authentication mechanism. Can you please look into this.
