Jubilation is such a petty prize,
With a government we all despise!
We had unity in our discontentment.

TWO-PARTY ELECTIONS LEAVE THIS NATION DIVIDED.
The media has dodged a bullet. But they won’t be able to dodge the
landslide which that bullet will cause! The anti-democracy political
polls—thousands of them, over the past two years—and the ceaseless
media bias for Obama has succeeded in getting that demagogue…
elected. The post sporting-event throngs of raving lunatics all
across America indicate how shallow Obama’s supporters truly are.
The sad truth is that there is a 30% discrepancy between the
Electoral
College division of votes, and the pre-election poll predictions of a
seven point win for Obama. WHEN will the American People wake up and
realize that the horse-and-buggy era Electoral College is bringing
this country down? Yet, there was a most positive thing in the
election: About 40% of thinking Americans voted for McCain-Palin in
spite of those ‘dire’ and shouldn’t-have-been-allowed polls which
said that Obama would win! “On ‘that’ rock” of voters, “I will
build…”

I want to thank Sarah Palin for having the GUTS to say—more than once
during the campaign: “GOVERNMENT ISN’T THE SOLUTION; GOVERNMENT IS
THE PROBLEM!” Of course, those words were quoted from the closing
statements of my latter essays on this present post. It is
reassuring
to know that Sarah Palin, and perhaps John McCain, read at least some
of my essays. McCain’s selection of Palin was brilliant, following
so close on the heels of the DNC having decreed: “A Black man is
more…
‘entitled’… than a white woman, Hillary Clinton, is”—even though the
white woman was getting more popular votes.
Women all across America should have rallied for McCain-Palin simply
to affirm that a smart woman, with executive experience, is qualified
to be President. And Sarah Palin still is! But there was, and most
definitely remains, a (jealous) resentment among women that Palin was
simply too beautiful to get their votes… Women who have expensive
wardrobes and hairdos are discriminated against for being prettier
than more ‘average’ women can allow. If Palin had sported jeans and
a flannel shirt, earlier, the votes on election day could have gone
higher.
John McCain impressed me more and more as the campaign developed.
Earlier, I had done a not-too-flattering graphological analysis of a
single signature by McCain which got published two years ago in TIME
Magazine. McCain may have been having a down day when he signed that
signature. So, what I wrote about him was probably an over-
generalization.
Obama was very unfair for attacking the McCains for having seven
homes. Wisely purchased real estate makes good investments. I
suspect that most of those homes are more 'comfortable’ than they are
‘gold-plated’. After all, a person can only be comfortable in one
place at one time. I’m sure that the purchase prices of those homes,
quickly, got poured down (not “trickled” down) into the communities
where the homes are located!
In our free enterprise system, it is un American to attack those who
have managed their assets and FAIRLY accumulated wealth. The ‘poor’
middle class, and the upper middle class as well, too often, stretch
their statuses by over-borrowing. The riches of those in banking
result as much from the have-it-now greed of the borrowers as from
the innate greed of the lenders. John McCain should no more be
blamed
for our present recession/depression, than the millions of people all
across this country who got in over their heads by borrowing too much
money! Yet, McCain—the more qualified and proper temperament man—got
defeated, simply because the rebellious younger voters for Obama
wanted to thumb-in-the-face those wiser, and more mature voters for
McCain-Palin.
John McCain won’t be our next President… But neither will he have to
burn himself out trying to RIGHT the Bush Years! Just by having run
for President, McCain will be getting into the history books—big
time. And Obama will be JUDGED by the McCain-Palin counterarguments.
My knowledge of people suggests that Obama will fail, simply because
he is too detail oriented. A good President needs to be a generalist,
not
a domineering, pedant—who pretends to be specialist in all things!
Obama’s stony-faced speeches will get old fast—when he can’t deliver
on his profuse campaign promises. Paying for ‘programs’ with money
that isn’t backed up by goods and services produced, is inflationary.
Though the “middle class” may GET… the purchasing power of what they
get will go down because of… “Government induced inflation—the
cruelest form of socialism.”
Present US Senators should ask themselves: Is it more important to…
‘protect’ the “great traditions” of the high-on-ceremony, but low-on-
results Senate; or is it more important to CHANGE government to be
more efficient at providing what the CONSTITUENTS of those in
Congress
want to see done? In a democracy, there can only be ONE answer to
that question!
There are some Senators, like Joe Lieberman, who have charm and
sensitivity which must be witnessed to be appreciated. I supported
Lieberman for Vice President, and more recently, I supported the
earlier part of his bid to win the presidential nomination! But I
have come down hard on… Jews getting powerful positions in education
and in the media. The closed and incestuous Jewish societies use the
“entitlement” which results from the Holocaust to gain anti-democracy
power beyond their numbers. Much of that power is directed at making
sure that the USA will backup Israel with our Military might.
Americans need to realize that the latter alliance is the primary
reason for 9/11, and for much of the hatred for our country in some
parts of the world. Unfortunately, Jewish issues are the ‘fuses’
which can ignite… Armageddon.
Barack Obama will be tested. And it would be best that he be tested
soon and hard. The last glimmers of hope for us as a nation depend
on those 90 plus percent of Americans—who are presently dissatisfied
with the direction that this country is headed—REMAINING
dissatisfied.
Republicans should not just roll-over-and-play dead! They should use
their remaining power to the limit!
If Obama were to propose, tomorrow, that a “new” constitution of some
kind be considered, he won’t be getting his bony paws on MY New
Constitution! The fruition of my Herculean efforts these past years
hinges on this: The small percentage of Americans—who have read my
essays, or heard them mentioned by friends—must continue to talk
about: A New Constitution Option! Thus far, no one in the media has
whispered a word… But why should they? My New Constitution will
knock-the-props-out-from-under any medium which makes political
commentary, of any kind, in the future. But not-to-worry! The free
speech of non-media, non-celebrity People is alive and well!
I have spent close to a day per week thinking about, then writing my
63 essays leading up to the election. Because the “campaign” is now
past, I will be posting future essays on this group. I welcome all
thoughtful,
New-Constitution-related comments. But please keep the comments
concise; I am just one person with very Big Plans for America!
For those who haven’t read the following, I, and my same-generation
kin on my father’s side, am the closest living relative of patriot
Daniel Boone! And I am related—also on my father’s side—to the
Commander of Fort McHenry in Baltimore. He commissioned the flag
which caused our Star Spangled Banner to be written. And he wisely
defended Fort McHenry to save the USA from the British! My blood
line has a vested interest in SAVING this country, again, if at all
possible!
Lastly, I wish to thank ‘Google’ for maintaining their huge WEB sites
for voices from afar, like mine. Right now—with our public news
media being beyond all hope—Google represents the last vestige of
hope
for receiving… “calls from the wilderness”, like mine.
“Now is the time for all good People to come to the aid of their
country!” With God’s help, we shall survive!

achievement of our hoped-for objectives when he said: “Change has come
to America!” Please note… that Obama said “has come…” in the PAST
tense. From Obama’s perspective, the change which justifies two years
of the most pointless campaigning by everyone concerned, got FULFILLED
in one-fell-swoop that day. And what was the fulfillment? A suave
and stony-faced Black man got elected to become President for the
first time in history. Rejoice, Dear Hearts; that’s all there is!
Prior to the election, 90 plus percent of Americans were dissatisfied
with the direction that this country is headed. If a similar poll
were to be taken today, would it show much change? Some people may
have more… ‘hope’, now. But is it possible for the deep-down, widely-
held perception that we have a failed system of government to be
changed simply because there’s been another election?
The status quo political processes which have failed the American
People for a century are STILL in place… The votes necessary to right
our course as a nation will never be simple yes/no; left/right; up/
down votes. They will be muddied, compromised, conditional votes with
so many caveats that heads will spin trying to understand the
results. But why must that be?
Some people—and especially the JERKS and on-call “experts” in the media
—may be shocked to learn that the USA ISN’T a democracy! Our country
is a NON functioning Representative Republic! Do any of you recall
the words: “…and to the REPUBLIC for which it stands.“? In this
country… we vote for a Chief Executive who is beholden to a political
party; was nominated in anti-democracy, multi-day primaries which
allowed inequality of the Citizen’s votes in selecting convention
delegates; was selected through the anti-democracy Electoral College;
then goes to Washington to be our… “elected dictator”. Where is the
fairness in such an election process?
Folks, our government has been FLAWED since its inception! Oh, the
“idea” of letting the People control government was a good one. That
fine notion is still “in” our Constitution! But… the MEDIA screwed
things up. They started treating Congressmen like royalty.
Everywhere Congressmen go the media pokes phallic symbols at their
faces as a measure of their importance in society. And because of
such intercourse, the media started feeling important, too. After
all, they were being intimate, daily, with… royalty. Suddenly, all
across this country egotistical JERKS started coming out of the
woodwork hoping to become royalty, too! Who are most of those jerks?
You guessed it: Lawyers...
Lawyers are trained public speakers. They feel important by…
winning. And because they tend to be calm under pressure, they keep
getting elected. And the voters keep getting… screwed. The more a
lawyer can ‘win’ the more important he or she becomes. The career
path for many lawyers is to move from government office to government
office. Our corrupt ‘two-party’ political system tends to be
supportive of the coolest of the corrupt. So, honest men don’t have
much chance. How many THINKING Americans believe that this country
should be allowed to be screwed by a bunch of egotistical lawyers?
Not very many, huh! Then, I suggest you should consider my New
Constitution! Such will put LIMITS on the number of congressmen who
can be elected from a single profession.
Elected officials come from districts or states. The Constitution
intended that representatives and senators “represent” JUST their own
district or state! But the media-induced ’royalty’ aspects have
changed Washington so that YOUR congressman or Senator is now fair
game to national level lobbyists and special interests! The latter
CHANGE from the founding fathers’ concept of a People-controlled
government is a spike-through-the-heart to democracy. Am I being
RADICAL to propose that the American People correct all of the
problems by adapting my New Constitution? I sure hope not!
Over the past year, a few ‘brave’ news commentators have mentioned
that our government is… dysfunctional; unresponsive; and… “broken”.
CNN’s Lu Dobbs has often asked: “Don’t we deserve a government that
works?” Tell me, People, how can we get a government that… “works”
unless we make the necessary CHANGES to government? And how can those
changes be made if most people in this country are too TIMID to even
mention that a constitution—i.e., MY New Constitution (!)—can correct
our close-to-being-fatal problems?
The Democrats have been hoping to get a 60/40 split in the Senate, so
that their bills will be… filibuster proof. But the latter
achievement will be MOOT. That’s because from day one my New
Constitution will give the Senate the BOOT! No representative will be
allowed to filibuster. Nor shall there be ANY rule which would give…
more “power” to a given representative than his or her one vote. And
there will be no seniority! The seniority… “lever”… has given
incumbents a huge edge in getting re elected. Now, the NEW man or
woman will have identical power to the… Robert Byrds, and their ilk!
Never again will there be “majority party” factors in determining the
chairmen and ‘ranking’ members of committees and subcommittees.
That’s because there will be no such thing as a majority party! Any
person who professes to have an ideological affiliation with any party
or group will be disqualified from holding public office!
My New Constitution will bar ALL outside influences that have come
between a congressman and his or her constituents. Except for guided
tours, the Capital will be off limits to outsiders and the media.
Congressmen, themselves, will be enjoined from talking to any news
medium not from their local district or state. And they will be
prohibited from making “royal” public appearances of any kind. Make
one appearance on… “Larry King, Live”, or similar ilk show, and the
offender will be a congressman no more.
Never again will having a big ego be a requirement for those seeking
to become a representative! New congressman shall not have held other
public office; and there will be ten year term limits! The latter
also applies to the now “lesser” Judicial Branch. It is acceptable
for our Chief Executives and Vice Presidents to have held public
office. Those who have been the governor of a state are ideal for the
Executive Office. But any law abiding, native born citizen, 35 years
of age, can seek to become President.
Note: The “Law abiding” aspect in the last sentence would prevent
Barack Obama from ever becoming President. The first and foremost LAW
in our Nation will be: “One person; one vote; fairly counted!” It’d
be tantamount to TREASON for a President not to agree with that
Foundation of Democracy! Additionally, when a person who is
unqualified to be President, who by the force of their speech or
persona, tries to become President, such person is recklessly
endangering the entire nation. And that is TREASON, too. Mr. Obama,
if either of those shoes FIT, wear them!
My 12,000 word New Constitution will change this country to a
democracy for the first time in our history! The People will be in
charge, and government(s) will be our servants—not our taskmasters!
Fair play will become the watchword! Every law on the books will be
reviewed and revoted over a four to six year period. No new bill, nor
existing law, shall be passed nor reconfirmed without a 55% yea vote.
And unless a bill or existing law passes by at least 60%, such will be
probationary for one year, and must be revoted every four years. The
motive? Never again shall the People be bound by laws which were
supported by 50.25% of Congress. Our laws should be agreeable to most
people, or… Get those impediments to Liberty off of the books!
I having willingly written over 100,000 words of essays—such as the
present one—in my quest to get my New Constitution on-the-table before
the American People. Such document IS open for discussion, but may
not be CHANGED by others—except by way of amendment(s) following
ratification. If Obama, or anyone else called for a constitutional
convention, the “delegates” to such would be just as biased and
corrupt as our Congress and Democratic and Republican Parties are now.
There was LOVE in my heart for the American People while I wrote the
New Constitution. That means: People of all races, colors and
creeds! When right things start being done, MOST Americans will
benefit! And a new harmony will prevail throughout this Great Land!

voices of the People have now been excluded from the political
processes for two… and/or four more years. Our ‘elected dictators’
are now comfortably in place! And “The Will of the People is just a
whisper-in-the-whirlwind which is bringing our destruction.”
November 4th—from Chicago’s Grant Park—Barack Obama acknowledged the
achievement of our hoped-for objectives when he said: “Change has come
to America!” Please note… that Obama said “has come…” in the PAST
tense. From Obama’s perspective, the change which justifies two years
of the most pointless campaigning by everyone concerned, got FULFILLED
in one-fell-swoop that day. And what was the fulfillment? A suave
and stony-faced Black man got elected to become President for the
first time in history. Rejoice, Dear Hearts; that’s all there is!
Prior to the election, 90 plus percent of Americans were dissatisfied
with the direction that this country is headed. If a similar poll
were to be taken today, would it show much change? Some people may
have more… ‘hope’, now. But is it possible for the deep-down, widely-
held perception that we have a failed system of government to be
changed simply because there’s been another election?
The status quo political processes which have failed the American
People for a century are STILL in place… The votes necessary to right
our course as a nation will never be simple yes/no; left/right; up/
down votes. They will be muddied, compromised, conditional votes with
so many caveats that heads will spin trying to understand the
results. But why must that be?
Some people—and especially the JERKS and on-call “experts” in the media
—may be shocked to learn that the USA ISN’T a democracy! Our country
is a NON functioning Representative Republic! Do any of you recall
the words: “…and to the REPUBLIC for which it stands.“? In this
country… we vote for a Chief Executive who is beholden to a political
party; was nominated in anti-democracy, multi-day primaries which
allowed inequality of the Citizen’s votes in selecting convention
delegates; was selected through the anti-democracy Electoral College;
then goes to Washington to be our… “elected dictator”. Where is the
fairness in such an election process?
Folks, our government has been FLAWED since its inception! Oh, the
“idea” of letting the People control government was a good one. That
fine notion is still “in” our Constitution! But… the MEDIA screwed
things up. They started treating Congressmen like royalty.
Everywhere Congressmen go the media pokes phallic symbols at their
faces as a measure of their importance in society. And because of
such intercourse, the media started feeling important, too. After
all, they were being intimate, daily, with… royalty. Suddenly, all
across this country egotistical JERKS started coming out of the
woodwork hoping to become royalty, too! Who are most of those jerks?
You guessed it: Lawyers...
Lawyers are trained public speakers. They feel important by…
winning. And because they tend to be calm under pressure, they keep
getting elected. And the voters keep getting… screwed. The more a
lawyer can ‘win’ the more important he or she becomes. The career
path for many lawyers is to move from government office to government
office. Our corrupt ‘two-party’ political system tends to be
supportive of the coolest of the corrupt. So, honest men don’t have
much chance. How many THINKING Americans believe that this country
should be allowed to be screwed by a bunch of egotistical lawyers?
Not very many, huh! Then, I suggest you should consider my New
Constitution! Such will put LIMITS on the number of congressmen who
can be elected from a single profession.
Elected officials come from districts or states. The Constitution
intended that representatives and senators “represent” JUST their own
district or state! But the media-induced ’royalty’ aspects have
changed Washington so that YOUR congressman or Senator is now fair
game to national level lobbyists and special interests! The latter
CHANGE from the founding fathers’ concept of a People-controlled
government is a spike-through-the-heart to democracy. Am I being
RADICAL to propose that the American People correct all of the
problems by adapting my New Constitution? I sure hope not!
Over the past year, a few ‘brave’ news commentators have mentioned
that our government is… dysfunctional; unresponsive; and… “broken”.
CNN’s Lu Dobbs has often asked: “Don’t we deserve a government that
works?” Tell me, People, how can we get a government that… “works”
unless we make the necessary CHANGES to government? And how can those
changes be made if most people in this country are too TIMID to even
mention that a constitution—i.e., MY New Constitution (!)—can correct
our close-to-being-fatal problems?
The Democrats have been hoping to get a 60/40 split in the Senate, so
that their bills will be… filibuster proof. But the latter
achievement will be MOOT. That’s because from day one my New
Constitution will give the Senate the BOOT! No representative will be
allowed to filibuster. Nor shall there be ANY rule which would give…
more “power” to a given representative than his or her one vote. And
there will be no seniority! The seniority… “lever”… has given
incumbents a huge edge in getting re elected. Now, the NEW man or
woman will have identical power to the… Robert Byrds, and their ilk!
Never again will there be “majority party” factors in determining the
chairmen and ‘ranking’ members of committees and subcommittees.
That’s because there will be no such thing as a majority party! Any
person who professes to have an ideological affiliation with any party
or group will be disqualified from holding public office!
My New Constitution will bar ALL outside influences that have come
between a congressman and his or her constituents. Except for guided
tours, the Capital will be off limits to outsiders and the media.
Congressmen, themselves, will be enjoined from talking to any news
medium not from their local district or state. And they will be
prohibited from making “royal” public appearances of any kind. Make
one appearance on… “Larry King, Live”, or similar ilk show, and the
offender will be a congressman no more.
Never again will having a big ego be a requirement for those seeking
to become a representative! New congressman shall not have held other
public office; and there will be ten year term limits! The latter
also applies to the now “lesser” Judicial Branch. It is acceptable
for our Chief Executives and Vice Presidents to have held public
office. Those who have been the governor of a state are ideal for the
Executive Office. But any law abiding, native born citizen, 35 years
of age, can seek to become President.
Note: The “Law abiding” aspect in the last sentence would prevent
Barack Obama from ever becoming President. The first and foremost LAW
in our Nation will be: “One person; one vote; fairly counted!” It’d
be tantamount to TREASON for a President not to agree with that
Foundation of Democracy! Additionally, when a person who is
unqualified to be President, who by the force of their speech or
persona, tries to become President, such person is recklessly
endangering the entire nation. And that is TREASON, too. Mr. Obama,
if either of those shoes FIT, wear them!
My 12,000 word New Constitution will change this country to a
democracy for the first time in our history! The People will be in
charge, and government(s) will be our servants—not our taskmasters!
Fair play will become the watchword! Every law on the books will be
reviewed and revoted over a four to six year period. No new bill, nor
existing law, shall be passed nor reconfirmed without a 55% yea vote.
And unless a bill or existing law passes by at least 60%, such will be
probationary for one year, and must be revoted every four years. The
motive? Never again shall the People be bound by laws which were
supported by 50.25% of Congress. Our laws should be agreeable to most
people, or… Get those impediments to Liberty off of the books!
I having willingly written over 100,000 words of essays—such as the
present one—in my quest to get my New Constitution on-the-table before
the American People. Such document IS open for discussion, but may
not be CHANGED by others—except by way of amendment(s) following
ratification. If Obama, or anyone else called for a constitutional
convention, the “delegates” to such would be just as biased and
corrupt as our Congress and Democratic and Republican Parties are now.
There was LOVE in my heart for the American People while I wrote the
New Constitution. That means: People of all races, colors and
creeds! When right things start being done, MOST Americans will
benefit! And a new harmony will prevail throughout this Great Land!

caused me to include in my New Constitution requirements that no law
which affects a particular segment of the law-abiding population can
be passed without first polling those people who are most affected by
the law, to get their opinion. Every day its seems, laws get passed
before the citizens realize that they are being hurt. But never
again! My New Constitution, also, makes every law PROBATIONARY for
one year, so that people who don’t like a law can speak up.
The “protect the public” aspects of that continuing education
requirement for architects (and other professionals) was and is
counter-productive. First, the courses that are being taught are by
those with LESS experience than the… ‘students’. Indeed, the public
can be at risk from building failures (fires or collapse). But most
of those failures are the result of hurried and poorly checked
construction documents and/or poor on-the-job supervision. Continuing
Education is taking architects AWAY from their jobs so that they have
about 1% less time to be thorough. And that 1% may be occurring at a
most crucial stage in the checking process. On the average, 1% of
architects will be absent during crucial checking, and that certainly
will increase the public risk. Also, the public is being put at risk
because of the potential for auto accidents caused by having
architects driving to and from those largely useless courses. The
most damning argument against continuing education: Such perpetuates
the misconception: “All things will be ‘fine’ if government is
involved.” Governments keeps getting bigger, and pulling more and
more strings not needing to be pulled—even if those in government were
qualified to do so!
The scheduling and pomp-and-circumstance planning for Obama’s
inauguration is now being finalized. The ‘important part’ is where
Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. will ask Obama to take the
following Oath of Office: “I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully
execute the Office of President of the United States, and I will to
the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution
of the United States.” The above oath is where Barack Obama will be
culpable.
It shouldn’t take a Chief Justice to know that our Constitution is the
most basic law document in this country. And the most basic tenet of
such is: “The FAIR representation of the People in their government.”
Fairness requires that there be equality of the voting power, if at
all possible. In pioneer times, equality of voting power—as in a
democracy—could only be approximated. The apportionment of
representatives, as well as electors, was based on census information
regarding the populations of the states.
In the two plus centuries since our Constitution was written,
technology has allowed election returns to be counted in a single
day. Our Founding Fathers would have been WOWED at the prospect of
having elections be determined by popular vote—rather than by the
assumed, but seldom likely, equal turnout percentage of voters in all
of the states. The latter would be required in order for the
Electoral College system to even approach fairness. At its very
foundation, the SPIRIT of the Constitution is to have the most
fairness and equality of the votes of the People!
Barack Obama, no matter how he may ’swear’, has shown, conclusively,
that he doesn’t believe in having FAIR elections. Obama favors
“delegate counts” and “electoral counts” over the popular vote. Ask
the supporters of Hillary Clinton about that! And he saw no problem
with having the primaries spread out over months. During those months
the media turned the primaries into a 24/7 “Ballot Bowl”. And they
swayed the voters to the inevitability of an Obama victory. However,
the Constitution, as written, doesn’t allow anyone other than THE
VOTERS to determine the outcome of elections! Obama, also, sees no
problem with his having had his supporters register voters especially
for him. ‘Free Will’ should matter in elections! But how can those
voters whom Obama’s people got registered, be exercising free will if
they were registered by those who were promoting Obama?
The minutiae of Obama’s failures to support the most basic SPIRIT of
the Constitution, should be evident to a smart man like Chief Justice
John G. Roberts, Jr. In the coming days or weeks, Barack Obama should
proclaim that he will to push for sweeping campaign and election
reform. But if he does not, then he’s giving his tacit approval to
allowing the unfairness in our elections to continue—and to the
detriment of our ability to survive and prosper as a nation. No man
who doesn’t favor FAIRNESS in our elections and in our government
shall ever be qualified to become President of the United States!

noble goals. They wanted to be certain that America wouldn’t be
controlled by an oppressive government—like those known to many of

Office: “I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office
of President of the United States, and I will to the best of my
ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United
States.” We’ve all heard various Chief Justices of the Supreme Court
of President of the United States, and I will to the best of my
ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United
administering that exact oath to presidents in the past. But
tragically… ALL of such Oaths have gone UNHEEDED throughout our
country’s history! And the consequences of that disregard are now
threatening the survival of the USA!
In January 2009, Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. will repeat the
empty words of the Presidential Oath of Office to Barack Obama… Such
will be ‘empty’, again, UNLESS Roberts and other patriotic Americans
wake up and recognize the much-too-traditional slights of the American
People, which has been allowed to continue regarding how we are
governed. What are those slights?
(1.) From its inception, the Constitution has included a US Senate.
Arguably, the Senate is the most powerful group of people in this
country. *** However, power which is not derived from the equitable
control of the people, runs counter to the SPIRIT of the Constitution!
*** From day one, there was a conflict of purpose in the Constitution
that not a SINGLE person who has taken an oath-of-office has been
willing to stand up and vow to get corrected! The ‘tradition’ of
allowing the Senate to continue, does NOT excuse the RESPONSIBILITY of
those taking Oaths of Office to work to get the Constitution amended,
or changed, to eliminate the UNDEMOCRATIC Senate!
(2.) Our Constitution makes no mention of the ‘acceptability’ of
allowing political parties to be CLEARINGHOUSES in determining who our
elected officials can be. Political parities—with their unique sets
of biases and objectives—have undercut the genuine representation, and
the diversity that is so needed in our government officials. Though
political parties have their own ‘rules’, they are the rules of quasi
governmental bodies which run counter to the USA itself, and are thus
unconstitutional.
(3.) Our Constitution details the procedures associated with the
Electoral College System for APPROXIMATING the democratic votes of the
People. In pioneer times, the Electoral College was the only workable
way to get the votes relayed to Washington. Before there was such
thing as even a telegraph, it was electors on horseback, or nothing.
But the SPIRIT of the Constitution demands that when technology—such
as we have, now—enables the accurate counting of the votes of the
People in a single day, that both the People AND democracy are best
served by letting the popular votes decide elections! Any President
who takes an oath to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution”,
must preserve, protect, and defend the OBJECTIVES of the Constitution,
NOT just the horse and buggy era… ’traditions’ which are no longer
serving the best interests of the People!
(4.) Our Constitution allows the House and Senate to make their own…
rules. But the SPIRIT of the Constitution DEMANDS that its most
fundamental objectives NOT be negated by whatever rules have been
made! To wit: (A.) Allowing seniority to determine who has power on
committees or in legislative processes. (B.) Allowing the majority
party to have powerful chairmanships of committees and sub-
committees. (C.) Allowing straw votes, or test votes, to identify
who will need to be pressured to… pass or to defeat a bill. (D.)
Allowing role call votes which let under-the-table deals be made while
the votes are being cast. (F.) Allowing filibustering to give
individuals more power than their one vote. (G.) Allowing caucuses
of any kind for gaining unfair influence over the outcome of votes.
(H.) Allowing disparate items to be ‘attached’ to bills, so that the
passage of the desired portions must also entail the passage of the

Heretofore, any person taking an oath to support the Constitution has
in fact been taking an oath the support the failed TRADITIONS which
violate the SPIRIT of the Constitution, itself!
(5.) The formal and informal “Washington Scene” allows members of
Congress to be influenced by lobbyists and by ‘persuasive’ fellow
members of Congress. Congressmen should only be communicating with
their own electorates regarding how to vote. And any congressman who
votes counter to the will of their electorate does so in violation of
democracy!
(6.) Because of the ubiquitous… media, congressman are playing to the
national scene, rather than to their individual electorates. The
mindset of congressional factions is that they must get media
approval. Such deference gives the media MORE influence on the
outcome of elections and votes than the voters themselves! ***
Political Parties, and the media, are two corrupt, conceptually-
verboten, influences which have come between the People and their
government. The SPIRIT of the Constitution requires that the People
have equitable control of government. The latter necessitates that
sweeping changes be made in order to be certain that the media, never
again, shall have more influence than the individual votes of their
numbers on election days! ***
Applicants for American Citizenship are required to take a course on
the basic workings of our American form of government. When the Oath
of Citizenship is given, this country must be reasonably sure that the
applicants know what will be expected of them. In criminal cases,
judges accepting pleads of guilt must be certain that the defendant
realizes what rights he or she has, or might be waiving. Similarly,
when Chief Justice Roberts gives the Oath of Office to Barack Obama,
Roberts must be sure that Obama is not only sincere, but that he knows
what… “preserve, protect, and defend” means.
Barack Obama, a past professor of Constitutional Law, should certainly
know that much of our somehow-evolved American form of Government is
in violation of the SPIRIT of the Constitution! Yet, throughout his
long campaign, Obama hasn’t once stood on the side of democracy.
Instead, he sided with: “the delegate counts”; and with “the decision
of the DNC Rules Committee”; and with “the clearly biased media who
were backing HIM—because he had the most Ad money to spend.” Numbers
of Celebrities on shows like ‘Larry King Live’ also were supporting
Obama, lest they loose the patronage of “a majority” of Americans—
projected to be such by anti democracy, political polls that amounted
to holding the election before election day—and in violation of the
SPIRIT of the Constitution.
This week, ‘Judge Judy’ was on King’s show. When he asked his
obligatory question: “What do you think of Obama’s election?“, she
became all smiles and answered in a positive way, while her body
language (and phony smile) showed she was lying. Judge Judy won’t do
anything that might reduce the number viewers of her show. But I’m
appreciative of her TV persona… because my New Constitution now has
strong provisions written in for the expressed purpose of being
certain that no rude and inconsiderate “Judge Judy” type judges get to
remain on the bench! Courtrooms don’t ‘belong’ to the judge, nor to
the state, they belong to law abiding citizens! So, nix the robes and
the lace, woman, those will be verboten under my New Constitution!
Barack Obama doesn’t embrace fairness and principles of democracy.
Therefore… the man is UNQUALIFIED to take the Oath of Office! His
‘toothy smiles’ on the covers of our biased media magazines, can’t
negate his being morally bankrupt. In a very important way, the
integrity of Chief Justice Roberts will be on the line next January.
But proper action by Roberts, now, could change the course of this
country, for the better. We can all survive without Obama as
President. In fact… that may be the only way that this country can
survive.
The minutiae of Obama’s failures to support the most basic SPIRIT of
the Constitution, should be evident to a smart man like Chief Justice
proclaims that he will to push for sweeping campaign and election
reform, then he’s giving his tacit approval to allowing the unfairness
in our elections to continue—and to the detriment of our ability to
survive and prosper as a nation. No man who doesn’t favor FAIRNESS in
our elections, and in our government, shall ever be qualified to
survive and prosper as a nation. No man who doesn’t favor FAIRNESS in
become President of the United States!

Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. can SAVE the USA!
Becoming the President Elect does NOT negate the constitutional
requirements which must be met before a person can become President.
For instance: If it is proven that a President Elect has committed a
felony, such person isn’t qualified to hold any public office,
including being President. Having gotten 53% of the popular vote—like
Barack H. Obama has done—doesn’t sidestep the necessity that a
President Elect meet ALL of the requirements stated in the
Constitution, before becoming President.
*** Barack H. Obama has not, does not, and cannot support the most
basic tenet of our Constitution, namely: That we have “government of
the People, by the People, and for the People”—rather than…
‘government over the People; instead of the People; and for those IN
government rather than for the People themselves. The former quote is
Abraham Lincoln’s idea of the what the USA is all about. Lincoln said
those famous words in his Gettysburg Address. Though such ideas
aren’t stated in the Constitution itself, they are the backbone and
the SPIRIT of the Constitution—evident in every Article, Section and
Amendment!
The most basic government having the People be in charge is a
democracy. Unfortunately, our naïve and/or corrupt politicians, and
our media pseudo-experts, wrongly refer to our TOKEN political
processes as a democracy. When the USA invades other countries, we do
so under the mistaken notion that we are making those nations better
and ‘like us’. But be it known: The USA has NEVER been more than a
crude approximation of a democracy. And having politicians and the
media use the “d” word doesn’t make our government one of those!
Enter John G. Roberts, Jr. On his shoulders rests the responsibility
of saving this country from Barack H. Obama and his ilk, and from the
naïve get-from-a-bankrupt government crowd who voted him into office.
Roberts is empowered by the Constitution to administer the Oath of
Office to Barack Obama. Such says: “I do solemnly swear that I will

celebrities be in charge of government. Obama also favors
undemocratic, drawn-out primaries which let him ‘squeak through’
before his baser “hate the USA” side became known. And Obama favors
the clearly outmoded Electoral College system over the easily

College allowed him to target states having large numbers of electors
with his undeliverable, promise-generated ad dollars. The voters in
PA, FL, and OH, etc. are NOT entitled to have their votes count more
than those in small population states like Alaska!
Barack H. Obama is a FELON! He was offered, and quickly accepted,
bribes in exchange for political favors which he has already
executed. The Constitution prohibits a President “…from receiving any
other emolument (than his salary) from the United States or any of
them.” The last paragraph of Article II, Section 9 states: “… no
person holding any office of profit or trust shall, without the
consent of Congress, accept any present, Emolument, Office, or Title
of any kind whatsoever…” To wit: Senator Tom Daschle ENDORSED Barack
Obama in exchange for having Obama make him a Cabinet Member.
Similarly, Governor Bill Richardson ENDORSED Barack Obama in exchange
for a Cabinet position. All three of those are guilty of violating
the Constitution and are thus guilty of the felonies of giving and
accepting bribes, to the detriment of the People of the USA!
I, as a law-abiding citizen of the USA, charge Barack H. Obama with
the above two counts of felonies for accepting bribes. Chief Justice
John G. Roberts, Jr. should inform Obama of the charges I make against
him, and tell Obama that he is summarily unqualified to become
President!
Chief Justice Roberts is empowered by the Constitution to declare that
the entire 2008 Presidential election was undemocratic and is thus
unconstitutional. No votes by the other members of the Supreme Court
are necessary in order for those rightful assessments to prevail.
Our country’s crisis—in resolving our deficit of a President—shall be
handled as follows: (1.) By judicial ruling, and/or by the assent of
Congress, the term of Pres. George W. Bush shall be extended until
April 28, 2009. (2.) A two-part, democratic, popular-vote based
election shall be held March 03, and March 24, 2009. (3.) Qualified
candidates from any party who had run for the Office of President, and
who choose to do so, again, can become on-the-ballot candidates simply
by registering their intent. NO PARTY BACKING IS REQUIRED, and NO
INDIVIDUAL CAMPAIGNING for OFFICE, other than as in (4.), below, shall
be required, NOR be allowed!! (4.) Voter decisions shall be based on
a total of FOUR, two-hour long, nationally televised debates, before
03/03/09, and THREE debates of the top four vote getters after that
date. All debates shall be begun using pooled questions, from the
media, drawn at random and read by each of the candidates themselves,
in turn. No media moderators nor sponsors of the debates shall be
seen nor heard. (5.) Other than for the ***physical broadcasting***
of the national debates on every TV network in the country, the local
and national media shall be enjoined from commenting on or covering
the election in any way—other than to print, without comment or bias,
sample ballots to be used for the elections. Any group, government
official, celebrity, or any medium or person working therefore who
recommends one or more candidates for election, shall be guilty of
felonies carrying a min. three year prison term, and such shall also
be apt for any pollsters taking or disseminating the results of any

Obama. Couric’s interview of Governor Sarah Palin, last year, in
which Couric tried to pin down Palin regarding her sources of
information on foreign affairs, was motivated as much by partisan bias
as by informational necessity. Such questioning, also, showed a lack
of good conversational etiquette, which one would expect from a media
celebrity—like Courtic hopes she can be, but keeps coming up short of
ever actually being. Couric sees herself as the next Barbara Walters
in waiting. Barbara has been an excellent interviewer of the rich,
famous and notorious. She was as gushily in her awe of Obama in her
endorsements on the ‘View’ as she was for that other married Black
politician with whom she admits having had an affair. Black men
definitely have a long history with the ladies.
Bob Schieffer was a prominent celebrity at the 2008 Democratic
Convention. He got to sit close to the podium. His being a news
moderator, who was clearly biased for a particular candidate, should
have gotten him fired. But his choice for President, Barack Obama,
happened to match the dollars-and-cents choice of media bosses. One
frequent guest on ‘Larry King Live’, Minnesota’s former Governor Jesse
Ventura is outspoken, politically. A year or so ago Ventura got a job
to moderate a TV show. But when he mentioned that he would be running
for public office himself, his job disappeared. Strange... very
strange. If moderators are biased toward Democrats that’s fine. But
if a moderator wishes to be biased toward his own commitment to try to
correct our nation’s problems, such individuality is suppressed by the
media. I can empathize with Ventura on that, because the media has
similarly suppressed my New Constitution, which solves the fatal
problems in our government, AND in the news media. From the media’s
point of view, if our problems ever get solved, the media won’t have
very much to talk about.
The majority of those who traveled to Washington to be a part of...
history were Blacks. If the inauguration had been a celebration of
Blacks’ final triumph over discrimination and bigotry, such would have
been a wonderful event. But those Black Block voters for Obama—who
formed his core constituency during the campaign—were blinded to
realize, or even to care, that Obama was a man without principles who
would ‘win’ by hook-or-by-crook. Most people know that Blacks are
more willing to look-the-other-way to crime than are whites. Obama’s
election to become President was akin to having corrupt officials make
bad calls in the Super Bowl in order to win. Such a ‘win’ should be
cause for shame, NOT celebration!
Economic disparity between Blacks and whites should be important
discrimination talking points. But isn’t it strange that Blacks can
find the money necessary to travel to the inauguration, and to
purchase the smiling pictures of Barack Obama on plates, coins and
every other manner of rip-off, but Blacks can’t find the money needed
to carry-their-own-weight without looking to Washington for handouts?
Obama actually increased Blacks’ economic hardship when he milked
them, and others in need, for the money necessary to let him BUY his
way into the White House. The millions of people who contributed to
Obama’s campaign are going to feel entitled to payback. But when
Obama can’t deliver on his promises of economic betterment, there will
be a lot of unhappy campers on the Washington Mall. The best thing
Obama could have done as the President Elect would have been to call-
off the wasteful inaugural celebration, entirely, so he can get right
to work. But Obama knows from experience that the pockets of the
disadvantaged are deep for extravagance, when the false political
promises are as high as his had been.
I listened for, but couldn’t isolate, any words in Obama’s inaugural
address worthy of being chiseled in stone. But I did hear Obama say:
“Our challenges may be new. The instruments with which we meet them
may be new. But the values upon which our success depends — hard work
and honesty, courage and fair play, tolerance and curiosity, loyalty
and patriotism — those things are old.” Obama ACCENTED the word
“...old” and looked perturbed saying it.
My New Constitution stresses FAIR PLAY and democracy. I’ve also
stressed individual patriotism (over the mass-minded deferral of
authority to others). With hard honest work most American’s won’t
need to look to government at all. So, understandably, Obama looks
down on those type things. His rise to power is grounded in having a
majority of people be unwilling to carry their own weight without
assistance. Socialism is Obama’s watchword.
If fair play, which is in the SPIRIT of our Constitution, and
especially so in our Bill of Rights, had been more prominent in our
nation’s history, there wouldn’t have been a need for Martin Luther
King, Jr. to “...have a dream.” That dream would already be a
reality. And if fair play was rightly important, there wouldn’t be a
US Senate; political parties; lobbyists; the electoral college system;
nor would there be discrimination of any kind, because such isn’t
fair. Fair Play requires that people “Love thy neighbor as thyself.”
Those two things could almost be made a one-sentence constitution:
***Love thy neighbor as thyself and be fair in all of your dealings
with others.*** Or… “Do unto others as you would have them do unto
you.”
Recently, I asked Rush Limbaugh and others to consider whether or not
Fair Play, democracy and self-rule are at the heart and soul of our
nation’s founding, and if such constitute the SPIRIT of our
Constitution. If the answer was... “no”, then I have wasted 13 years
of my life writing my New Constitution of the United States of
America. But if the answer is “yes”, then Barack Obama is unqualified
to become President.
Regarding the latter: Obama was condescending to Hillary Clinton by
repeatedly saying that she was doing well... for a woman. Obama
talked about his inevitable victory, while the race for the Democratic
nomination for President was still going on. He never demanded that
the media give Clinton equal time and fair treatment. He embraced the
decisions of the unconstitutional Democratic Party Rules and Bylaws
Committee over the rules of democracy itself. He benefited unfairly
from the disparity of voter information and influence between the
earlier and latter primary voters. [The earlier voters have more
power, because he used his leads in those primaries to stampede voters
to his side. But his later-revealed character flaws, like being a
member of Jeremiah Wright’s congregation; looking down on Bible
readers with their... guns; and being two-faced about NAFTA never were
issues known to the early primary voters.]
Obama favored undemocratic “delegate counts” (and the electoral
college system) over the democratic, easy-to-determine, popular vote.
He sees no problem with having his supporters being involved in the
registration of new voters pledged to him. He has no problem doing
business with bombers and crooks. He thinks it is perfectly OK to
give and get bribes in exchange for political favors. And Obama wants
to preserve the status quo of party rule and corruption in Washington
for at least four more years.
The USA could well be mortally wounded because Chief Justice John G.
Roberts, Jr.—the new-kid-on-the-block—favors ‘tradition’ and
corruption in Washington over democracy, fair play, and the rule of
the People. Roberts administered a largely BOTCHED Oath of Office to
Barack Husane Obama, because he knows full well that he was betraying
the SPIRIT of the Constitution. When Roberts came through that West
Portal of the Capital, he was smiling. He twisted and turned to speak
to the “important” people already assembled. Apparently, Washington’s
Pomp and Circumstances, amid so many lovely limestone buildings and
monuments—with their ubiquitous flags, and with all of the ubiquitous
politicians eager to be photographed or interviewed in front of such—
was just too seductive an environment for Roberts to resist being
corrupted by.
I’ve already revealed the major precepts of my New Constitution. My
long efforts are a direct affront to the status quo, corrupt
institutions of government, the media, and education. Those three
share blame for this country’s decline. But hopefully, my having hit
metal-to-flint has sparked new fires of patriotism. Like I’ve said,
it will only take one honest man, or woman, with the public’s ear, to
turn America around. And People, “Uncle Sam needs... YOU!”
On several occasions during the 2008 presidential campaign, Governor
Sarah Palin repeated my words when she said: “Government isn’t the
SOLUTION; government is the PROBLEM!” When enough Americans come to
realize that simple fact, then, there will be New Hope for this
nation!
There was LOVE in my heart for the American People while I wrote the

complaint about it...
The world needs the work of Philipp Kanarev, he found a way to make
hydrogen gas cheaply and it was confirmed by the Russian scientific
establishment already.
