Така ж ситуація. Є лист з чеком купівлі ліцензії, а сама ліцензія злетіла.

Тепер просить код, а в чеці його не було.

Чи вдалось комусь зв'язатись з підтримкою і знов активувати ліцензію?

Hi all. I'm currently considering purchasing premium license. But reading this thread shared by many current premium members, i'm a tad discouraged. Once you paid to get your license, does it immediately become an issue where you don't even end up receiving any confirmation of license number in the payment confirmation communication??

Hello,
This problem only concerns people who bought a licence several years ago with Google payments that no longer exist.
All these licences have been restored privately, on a case-by-case basis.
There is no problem with new licences.
