Licens issue

Hi,

Aware that this might be a common query, however, I've encountered an issue with my license, which has unexpectedly ceased functioning.

I tried to follow some of the guides provided, for instance trying this link: https://www.downloadhelper.net/recover-license

but my email is not recognized in your system.

For your reference, the license was purchased on 2020-10-22 at 17:51. I am also in possession of the Google order number related to this purchase. However, as I am writing this on a public forum, I prefer not to disclose it here due to privacy concerns.

Would it be okay if I email the details to you? Could you let me know a good email address to send the order number and any other info you might need?

am just another user, not an employee of VDH. Jérôme handles all VDH licensing issues.
Be aware that he is located in France, so take the time zone difference into account when
