Samba PDC: PC clients cannot change passwords

Hi Dear Group

I have set up Samba 3.5 PDC on centos 6.2. Everything works fine except users (Win XP Pro) cannot change their domain passwords from PC.
 The error is "You do not have permission to change your password". Could somebody tell me what is wrong?

Hi...Puran 

first time login samba pdc  u will try press Ctrl-Alt-Del, "Change Password", and as username type in 

SERVERNAME\users.

I have try the same way as you told but the same error occurred. here i give you output of /var/log/messages

I think this error regarding pam 

Please suggest me solution of this error.

  passdb backend = tdbsam
  pam password change = yes

This setting already done..but problem as its..

Here my paste smb.conf password section,

#Passwords
passdb backend = tdbsam:/etc/samba/passdb.tdb
passwd program = /usr/bin/passwd '%u'
passwd chat = "*Enter\snew\sUnix\spassword:*" %n\n "*retype\snew\sUnix\spassword:" %n\n. "*updated successfuly*"
passwd chat debug = yes
encrypt passwords = yes
unix password sync = yes
enable privileges = yes

pam password change = yes

username map = /etc/samba/smbusers
