I am looking for a detailed training program for junior firefighters for training purposes. We re-started our junior program approximately 18 months ago and my advisers have done a good job with them. However they are constantly looking for good quality training classes to offer to the group so when they age up to the senior department they have a lot of the knowledge and skills already behind them. The juniors have their own scheduled training date each month and in addition they attend our senior trainings each month and participate with limitations. If your department has a good training curriculum for your juniors, I would appreciate a copy to use as a template to better ours. Thanks for any support your can offer.
