Ref to Col Satya Narain Aggarwal's post and commentys of Wg Cdr H.K.Bilgi , I totally agree with W/C Bilgi . A recent example , Indias's PM with a strong backbone had declared in one of his election rallies that he will bring all the corrupt people on one platform , and he did it as was evident at the swearing-in of Kumaraswamy. What a classical example of " Marriage of Convenience " exhibited by two unscrupulous political parties particularly The Shamelessly crooked Congress which after having been kicked out by the electorate wanted to be in power by hook or crook.

Writing about organised loot & deeds of corrupt politicians will take us
no where, it will only raise our impotent rage . I agree BJP also have its
quota of corrupt politicians , but it has a leader like Modiji , which no

We have number of service officers whose total pastime is to look out for any news/article/statement that is critical of Modi by any non discript person and circulate it to influence the environment . According to die hard Modi-haters, Modi must go.
There is nothing wrong with their opinion . They are entitled to it.

But the question that begs attention remains unanswered . Agreed that the country must get the best man to lead it . Modi must be replaced by a better leader. But who ?

It is not a JC course . Mere fault finding will not suffice. The critics of Modiji must propose an alternative. If not Modi, then who ?

Why does one thinks that Rahul Gandhi or Mulayam. Singh or Mayawati or Mamta or Kejariwal would make a better prime minister . 

Argue your case, convince the environment and Modi can be dumped . Why obfuscate the issue by avoiding a clear-cut stand ? 

It does not credit to our sense of reasoning . National interest must reign supreme. Otherwise one is doing disservice to the Nation

Just because it is perceived, that in past, several decades/centuries ago their forefathers, their older generations subjugated and deprived lower castes from various privileges and treated them with inequality, contempt, brutality, unfairly, differently and tormented them, denied them opportunities as equals and so on.........?
 
But how does this narrative indict present generations? Where is their culpability? How are they responsible for the acts or inactions, actual or perceived, for what may or may not have been done to the ancestors of the present lower caste generations? How can they be punished and deprived of the self same equality for which they are being punished?
 
Can the Muslims of India, on the same analogy, be punished and guillotined for the many dastardly crimes, mass murders/killings rape and all kinds of brutalities ( which are perhaps are even available properly documented) for what their forefathers, kings and the rulers of those times did? Can the all the Rajputs be guillotined for the criminal acts which may have been carried out by Rajput Kings? 
What utter nonsense is this? Can we hold the all the Britishers and Gen Dyers progeny for the murders in Jallianwala bagh and in present times deprive them of their rights and punish them?
 
Aren't all the governments and systems since independence guilty of the same very act ( in reverse) for acting against the UNRESERVED CLASSES? Can they (non reserved population) not agitate and seek remedy and compensation for being wrongly and unjustly being discriminated - in most criminal manner - for something done in past by their fore fathers - something which no one directly or even indirectly can pin on any one, something for which, who knows, the perpetrators may have already been punished/ or had paid in kind?
 
Even the war criminals, the perpetrators of genocide, killers of entire race - Nazis - had to be indicted and tried individually for their individual complicity. NO class action was and could be taken against them.
 
For last 70 years, a complete population of some 40 crore Indians - for 5 generations - have faced class action of deprivation, denial, inequality, persecution, insults, indignity and destruction for no rhyme or reason, no justification or their involvement/complicity!
 
No political party, no leadership and no system can dislodge or change this reservation system because it is the KING MAKER , the biggest VOTE BANK, the biggest cash cow.
 
As long as the reservation system continues to exist, India is neither a constitutional democracy, nor a legitimate republic nor a state where equality is practised. It is a country which has been hijacked by the minorities and the reservists. Common ordinary Indian is a second, third and fourth class citizen and is most deprived of all the classes. 
 
There is No WAY OUT, THERE IS NO REMEDY IN PRESENT SITUATION. THERE IS ZERO HOPE.

Dear Trijit As suggested by Col AS Rana form 16 is not a major issue if you are having pension income only. You go to tdscpc.gov.in web site you can assess your tds details and file your own tax return however for such pensioner who are having pension income only or salaried person here in Delhi there are some persons who goes office to office and file return in just Rs 300/-only.So there is no need to run after banks just keep chasing banks they will provide form 16 as time for form 16 is after 15 Jun as tds are uploaded by deductor is by 15 of Jun. For info and action plRegards Maj Raghbir Singh veteran

SBI, Defence Colony Branch, Dehradun has still not been able to provide FORM 16 to its veteran pensioners, we have 800 veterans her in colony. This results in loss of interest in case TDS is deducted in excess of authorised amount as date of filing is delayed. Further, one has to face heavy rush towards the closing of filing date 31 July.Majority of veterans rely on CA to file return who are already pre-occupied with filing returns. Will be writing to SBI Branch, Grievance Cell of Uttarakhand Division. In addition must also write to DBA(I, defence banking authority appointment held by some senior retd fauji, but do not have his email Id.) Can experts advise on the matter how to tackle such issue, who all to be involved like RBI?? (WILL THEY HELP??)as this is a recurring problem every year.Thanks.TrijiDehradun

Bank is suppose to provide TDS cert. It can also be down loaded from TRACES
a site where Income Tax department monitors it.

गैस सब्सिडी, मनरेगा, आदि का पैसा सीधे बैंक खाते में जमा करने के कारण सभी बिचौलियों की दुकानें बंद कर दी....
युरिया को नीम कोटिंग करने से केमिकल फ़ैक्टरियों का गोरख धंदा चौपट कर दिया...
2 लाख 24 हज़ार चोर कंपनियों का पंजीकरण रद्द और 1 लाख नकली कंपनियों की पहचान की  !!! 
लगभग हर क्षेत्र में भ्रष्टाचार कम करने के नये नये तरीक़ों का आग़ाज़ कर रहा है....
सभी सरकारी कामों में टेक्नॉलजी के कारण गति लाने के प्रयास के कारण दलालों का 'स्पीड-मनी' बंद कर रहा है...
और न जाने कितनों को वो रोज़ नाराज़ कर रहा है....
हो सकता है आप भी उस के किसी क़दम से नाराज़ चल रहे हो, आप का भी कुछ नुक़सान हुआ हो....
वो असल में पागल बन गया है क्या? वो चाहता तो आराम से किसी का दिल दुखाए बिना राज कर सकता है...
वह हर रोज़ नये नये क़दम उठा कर देश के हर क्षेत्र की बुराइयाँ दूर करने की रात दिन मेहनत कर रहा है...
क्योंकि...
उसे कुर्सी से प्रेम नहीं है । उसे सिर्फ अपने देश और सवा सौ करोड देशवासियों से प्रेम है...वो अपने देश को दुनियाँ में सबसे समृद्ध बनाना चाहता है...हर बुराई को ख़त्म करना चाहता है...वो भी इसी जनरेशन में...
अब भले ही आप उसे वोट न दें....हो सकता है उस की कुर्सी 2019 में चली जाएँ लेकिन उसे उस की चिंता नहीं है....
आज जो उसका या उस के समर्थकों का मज़ाक उड़ा रहा है वो वास्तव में खुद का और खुद की भावी पीढी का मज़ाक उड़ा रहा है...। 
देश बेचकर अपना जेब भरनेवाले चंद दोगले नेताओं, टीवी चैनलों और ब्युरोक्रेट्स की बातों में आकर उसका साथ छोडा तो खुद को मज़ाक बनने से तुम्हें कोई नहीं रोक सकता। 
सरकार की कुछ कमियों को, कुछ अब तक न हुए कामों को बढ़ा चढ़ा कर बोल कर ये लोग आप को गुमराह कर रहे है...
इस स्थिति में सभी खूनी भेडिये उसके खिलाफ लामबंद हो रहे हैं...
लेकिन देश के लिए उसे हमारे साथ की जरुरत है...इस से भी ज्यादा हमें उस की ज़रूरत है। आप ने उसे हटा दिया तो उस का कुछ नहीं बिगड़नेवाला...वो तो हिमालय चला जाएगा...
लेकिन हमारी अगली नस्लें हमें सैकड़ों सालों तक कोसेगी....
जागो भाइयों, हमें अपने प्रधानमंत्री का साथ हर हाल में देना ही होगा..हमें उसकी आवाज बननी है...अपने और अपने बच्चों के भविष्य के लिए....
बाकि आपको जो अच्छा लगे कीजिए लेकिन एक बार यह ज़रूर सोचिए कि आखिर वह यह सब काम किसके लिए कर रहा है...हमारे लिए या अपने लिए???
