Can I suggest that we create a "Page" (FYI for others, that's a
collaborative content creation tool for Google Groups) to list the
sorts of information that is needed for this activity (Microchip
registrations)?  Ideally starting from the current VetXML definition
of this sort of message.  Then it can be discussed collectively, and
"grown" if needed.
