Subject: Custom test status

I've added a custom test status of "In Progress" and expected this to be
visible on the testboard. Is this assumption that they should appear
correct as they are not? Or is there something more I have to do to show
this status?

Are you by any chance using Project Workspaces?  If so, you would need to go into the Display Fields of that project workspace, then the status field for tests, and "show values". Make sure the check box for the In Progress entry is checked.  That oughta do it.

Good luck,

Steve

Cheers for the help Steve but unfortunately I'm not using project
workspapces. I've double checked and the new status is in the list and
checked but I still only have the standard (none), Failed and Passed
columns. Any other ideas?

Cheers, Neil

A penny dropped and it took this long.

Even without project workspaces I needed to do what you said at the root
level. I can now see the custom statuses on the board.

Cheers for the help.

Neil
