Attachments with Requestor

Hello,

I've started customizing the Requestor for users to input a few more
fields while making a request. We would like user to have the ability
to add an attachment to their request also. From what I've read, this
may be possible, but I'm unable to find any details about allowing
attachments. Could someone direct me to adding attachments to the
requestor form?
