Hide when minimized at start

When I activate "Start minimized" and "Hide when minimized" at start
SVN Monitor does only start minimized, but is not hided. I first have
to maximize and minimize again that it gets hidden.
It's not a big deal, but it's a bit annoying.

This is a known issue. It's fixed for the next release.
