Northern Connecticut Vegetarians Potluck On October 18 At 5 PM

Good Evening,

 

You are invited to the Northern Connecticut Vegetarian Society potluck on October 18 at 5 PM at The Carniglia Senior Center,

41 Oak Street, Windsor Locks, CT.  We welcome all people who want to improve their health and the health of our world.  Please bring a healthy Vegan dish to share along with a note card listing its ingredients and your name.  Also, please bring your place setting (plate, cup, and utensils).

 

At the potluck, learn more about how to make your home sparkle without harming your family and pets.  Kristin Griffing from Raw Food Central will tells us about the  latest facts on body care products including cosmetics, facials, body lotions, and sun screens and safe home/car cleaners.   For years, Kristin has been teaching about cleaning with natural cleaners that are toxin-free and do not present the harmful chemicals of common commercial products. 

 

To defray expenses, a donation of $7 for adults is requested.  Children are free and most welcome to come.
