You are invited on May 17, Sunday, at 5 PM, Norton Berkowitz, PhD, will speak on the Healing Power of Our Past at the Northern Connecticut Vegetarian Society Potluck. Our past lives affect the life that we are living today. Learn how this healing modality can improve your current physical and physiological health by releasing the stressors of the past. He is an accomplished “raw” vegan who has studied with Professional Raw Chef George Parker. Norton is a past life therapist with an office in Tolland.
For the potluck, bring a healthy vegan dish (live foods if possible) to share along with a note card listing your ingredients and your name. Vegan means no animal ingredients (zero honey, butter, cheeze, eggs, dairy, meat, fish or chicken). Healthy means no sugar or white flour. Don't fret if you cannot imagine what to bring. Simply buy some shelled nuts (as brazil nuts or pecans). Also, please bring your place setting (plate, cup, and utensils).
Thanks to a grant from Hope's Cancer Support Group, a donation of $7 per adult is requested. Children are free.
The Carniglia Senior Center, 41 Oak Street, Windsor Locks, CT, is the location for this event. Free parking is available in a large lot across from the Center.
