Gluten free foods:

Gluten is the protein found in wheat, rye, barley, and triticale, that
might cause autoimmune disorder called Celiac disease in the people
who are intolerant to this protein-Gluten. Celiac disease is otherwise
known as Wheat allergy and the allergic disorders known as dermatitis
herpetiformis. Medically accepted treatment for the Celiac disease is
the inclusion gluten-free foods in the diet that prevent and cure
autoimmune disorders and allergies caused by the intolerance of gluten-
protein.

Here we discuss Gluten free foods that should be included in the diet
for the prevention and cure of celiac disorders, according to
Nutritionists. The regulation of gluten free label varies as per the
country; however FDA allows less than 20 ppm gluten in foods that
termed as free from gluten and it is safe for consumption. If one is
particular about Gluten-free diet, it is better to consult Dieticians,
who would provide guidance and advice how to avoid gluten foods while
taking balanced healthy diet.

There are many healthy and delicious foods which are naturally Gluten-
free that provide various health benefits and prevent many health
disorders. Let us discuss some of the Gluten-free foods which are
acceptable by the Dieticians and Health Care Professionals. Beans,
Nuts and seeds in its natural unprocessed form are gluten-free foods,
which could be added to the diet.

Thanks for the information! Our family went vegan about 4 months ago for
health reasons and found out my son had celiac disease. Thanks for sharing
your knowledge and tips!
