From the 21th, there is a booksprint (in French) about Veejay and Veejaying in general using free sfotware in Geneva. At the moment, we''ve successfully compiled the program for Ubuntu LTS and Debian Wheezy 64 bit. We were just wondering if there was any package available for OSX and/or any PPA repository?
There's no package specifically for OS/X and afaik, it hasn't been compiled
on OS/X either
PPA is ubuntu's personal package archive ? Perhaps someone did.
Veejay-server has been built for the Sony PS/2 (MIPS) in the past, with
some effort it should be possible
to have it compile on OS/X, though some functionality will be missing (such
as live capturing)

I've done some work in the past together with Gijs Molenaar on
maintaining a ppa, but we didn't maintain it.
Most of the work was "debianizing" veejay and it was pre-github so it
got lost in the Vortex.
I *think* I got it to compile on macosx using macports. However, it
never ran :0)
