2 female roommates needed - terrace view

I am a PhD student going to school at VTech. I live in a 2 bedroom +
den (1.5 bath) apartment in Terrace View in the Graduate and
Professional area. I am looking for 2 female roommates to lease a
masterbedroom with an attached bath and a den. The current lease is
till May 2010 and may be renewed further. The apartment is well
maintained with furnished living room. The Laundry room is right below
and the apartment also has a separate storage room provided at the
first floor. The full bath is just out side the other bedroom. I like
to clean up immediately after cooking. Furniture is welcome to bring.
1. Best location – It is in the Graduate and Professional area, next
to Food Lion and the Bus Stop is right down stairs with 3 bus lines
(TCA, TCB and Patrick Henry).The apartment is right above the leasing
office.
2. The masterbedroom is the largest room with a walk in closet and
attached half bath. The den is large enough to accommodate a Queen
sized bed, desk, dresser etc. Both the rooms have a large window with
lots of daylight.
3. Apartment has a dishwasher and walk out patio.
4. Water, heat, hot water and trash removal are included in rent.
5. Rent for the masterbedroom is $350 and for the den is $250 per
month plus electricity and internet which is nominal (heat included in
rent).
6. Quiet and a peaceful area with the Gym and pool close by.
7. Available for move-in immediately.
