anybody cares. This latest post of Mr Carr has landed him in Small
Claims Court in Vancouver Bc CA where an action has started against
him for defamation of character and harassment.
Mr Carr is a religious nut know to be against homosexuals. He
believes
in a non existent God call Yu'shua. He is a Usenet hound who
continually attacks people in van.genenral he does not like and is
generally a big troll. He was beaten up by a pimp in the Downtown
East-
side of Vancouver last year and he has a criminal record. I hope Mr
Carr keeps on posting this crap about me as then I can get more money
out of him when we get infront of the Small Claim judge.I am asking
for the maximuim allowed in Small Claims $10,000. I will have to get
his address from Shaw Cable, they have already been served with the
papers and a motion to get Carr's address. The Case will be handle by
a UBC Law Student who is
interested in emerging Internet Law. I will on an ongoing report to
van.general and edm.general what is going on with the case.
If Carr or anybody thinks they can post deragatory ongoing
statements about them on the Net and prejdice their personal saftey
they had better think again. The are big ethical questons posting
people address's on the Net.Inlight of the 18 recent murders in the
Lower Mainland.This is all part of an emerging area of law realting
to the Interent.
Mr Carr can save Shaws legal bills by having to go to cournt with
their lawyer by posting his address as I am sure he will. He has
nothing to fear for his saftey and I can serve the papers on him and
say hello at the same time and save Shaw Cable some money
Mr Carr is urging people to write my landlord and say I should be
evicted. It is non of his fucking business where I live and he should
mind his own fucking business. If anybody knows the Church he goes to
please post it as I will personally write the Minister and tell them
what a piece of shit Greg Carr is.I am fed up with religious nutcases
we have enough where I live.

Judge MAY grant an Order requiring Shaw to reveal confidential information,
Shaw will refuse to provide such information.

character and harassment have set legal precedent? I wasn't aware
they accepted such cases

You are full of fucking bull shit. You cannot sue greg carr in BC small
claims court for defamation or libel or harassment. This would be a BC
supreme court civil matter. Furthermore, no action can be taken against
carr unless he is located and served with a writ and your statement of
damages also known as a claim. So stop trying to snow people. You suck

That is part of it. Yardley would have to serve carr in person or have
him served and the case would have to be started in bc supreme court,
not bc small claims. And the cost to get the initial paperwork processed
in a bc supreme court civil action is about $500.00. And that's just the
start of it. As the plaintiff, yardley would be responsible for most if
not all court costs as the entire process drags on for possibly years.
And there are fees for just about everything. Yardley is an idiot. And
that's about all that we see here.
