I think you're looking for what's called pea gravel.
It's about $28 / cubic yard (meter?)
Word of caution though, a cubic yard of gravel
is about 3200 POUNDS! so you might want to
make sure your truck is up to the task. I think
they only charge like $30 to deliver a cubic.

I tell ya though... it's REALLY funny watching a small pickup that's been
overloaded with it driving down the road. My (not so bright) brother did this
a loooong time ago. The front wheels hopped about a foot off the ground when
we went over a dip in the road!
