If you're just going to sell the car and don't care what it comes out like
(within reason) nor how long it'll last, consider a place like Macco. Do your
own prep work (cleaning, sanding, trim removal, masking as best you can, etc)
and you'll have a hope in hell it'll come out half way normal.
I've seen some NASTY work from those guys, as well as others.
But, as with a lot of things... you get what you pay for.
How on earth do you expect them to offer a complete paint job for $249 or
whatever, when the materials alone for a good job far exceed that. I've
painted about a dozen cars over the last 6 years and know the time and
expenses involved in doing a good job.
