VWJHS 7th & 8th Grade Band Students

1. 7th & 8th grade Bandtrip: All 7th and 8th grade Band students
going to Lincoln Center tomorrow (Thurs.) are reminded to be at Van
Wyck between 6:45-7:00 am. We will meet in the auditorium. Bring a
bagged lunch with drink. You will be returning to VW sometime during
9th period. Please be on time to VW - we will not be able to wait for
you as we need to leave on time to be sure we arrive for the
performance on time.
Chaperones – We are asking you to arrive at VW at 6:45.

2. The yearbook committee is in need of some help on the following
days - if you are available please email Carmella at

Monday, June 4th - yearbook sort starting at 3pm - 8pm or until we are
finished
Wednesday June 6th - yearbook distribution -1:15pm to 2:30pm
Thurs & Fri - June 7th & 8th - yearbook sales - during all lunch
periods
9am to 2pm both days (please see bell schedule for period times)
Mon - June 11th - yearbooks sales IF NEEDED - during all lunch
periods
9am to 2pm (please see bell schedule for period times)

Yearbooks will be on sale these three days only - and there is a
limited number of books to be sold - the price will be $35 CASH ONLY.
