1. It's still not too late to join 7th and 8th grade chous! We are
looking for interested singers of all voice types to join our
ensemble. Please see Mr. King in room 102 if you are interested.
2. The Webmaster Club will meet on Thursday after school. Please meet
in the cafeteria at dismissal time.
3. Attention field hockey players; please remember that tomorrow,
Thursday, is team and individual pictures. Please remember to bring
both uniforms. Please be ready by as soon as possible after school
tomorrow for your team picture. Any questions please see Mr. Brooks.
4. Permission slips must be handed into the health office by this
Fri., Nov. 6th if you need a winter sports physical. This is the last
call.
5. All library books with october due dates must be returned, the are
overdue.
6. Just a reminder to all boys modified soccer players, tomorrow
you'll be taking team pictures after school. Bring both uniforms, as
well as warm up jacket money. Make arrangements to be picked by 4 or
take the late bus home.
7. Girls volleyball finished their season undefeated with their
Monday night win against LaGrange. Excellent work girls! Don't
forget that Thursday is pictures and pizza. Have your uniform washed
to hand in.
8. Team 7A is having a bake sale! Come during all lunch periods on
Wednesday, Nov. 4th and Thursday, Nov. 5th to have some goodies and
treats. See you there!
9. HELP SHELTER ANIMALS
The students in Room 124 are hosting a Paws and Claws drive to
benefit the Dutchess County SPCA and ARF-Animal Rescue Foundation.
Please consider donating the following items: dog and cat treats,
toys, canned food, dry food, non-clumping kitty litter, clean, dry
towels and blankets, scrub brushes, heavy duty 60 gallon size plastic
garbage bags, paper towels, empty spray bottles, dryer sheets, cake
size paper plates, legal sized envelopes, postage stamps and copy
paper .*********NO GLASS*********
Please bring donations to Room 124 during Homeroom - Weeks of
November 2- 13.

10. This month's PTA meeting will be held on Wed. Nov. 4th at 7pm in
the Van Wyck Library. The PTA will be helping collect items for the
Claws and Paws drive with Mrs. Witowski's class. If you are attending,
please bring your donations to the PTA meeting, see the prior e-news
for items needed. In addition, parent volunteers are needed to help
out with the bake sales on Nov. 10 and 12. If you can donate a baked
good or some of your time, please contact Allison Fedigan.
