focus on strategic, 5 to 10 year investment time phasing.
What is really needed, is how to get new innovations into production
within 2 years. This is the task of technical managers who need R and
D input.
That is key to fighting off competition from relatively cheap
manufacturing copy cat zones in the world.
Millions of currency units are bound up with strategic concerns in
Europe and more needs to be channelled for the short term tangible
deliverables.
Maybe the recommendations can more fully reflect that shift to the
short term, assuming Sweden is typical of European innovation effort.
