I just learned that Ray Houser here in Staunton passed away early this morning.  I'm sure many of you are familiar with Ray and his radio program he ran for many years.  Also was a long time supporter of the Deaf and Blind school in Staunton and quite a few other activities.  He was always busy.        Fred - N4KYM

Hello Fred,

 

I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of Ray Houser.  Ray and I have worked together with his recording endeavors and at WSVA for over 50 years and being visually-impaired, was a classmate of my blind friend, Charlie Swank, at VSDB in Staunton.  Charlie now lives in Sunbury, PA and wants to attend any services for Ray with me, if possible, as soon as details are known.
