EqualTo ClientFieldName Issue in JavaScript

It takes a bit to setup my problem.

My form uses structure notation and ClientFieldName works for most
rules. I'm having a problem with EqualTo not using the
ClientFieldName.

I posted the whole problem with code blocks at stackoverflow. It does
code blocks a bit better than here.

Ok, I think I have addressed this problem, and have pushed the changes
to a GitHub branch called "equalToBug".

Bradley, are you able to grab a new version via Git from
https://github.com/ValidateThis/ValidateThis/tree/equalToBug?

If not I can zip up some files and send them to you for testing.
