Categorizing plugins on Vagrant's wiki

Hey guys,

Given the amount of Vagrant plugins that currently exists, the ones that might be coming up and the ones not listed on the Wiki page, I thought that it might be a good idea to start categorizing them so that they are easier to find. I kicked it off but I'd love some feedback about it and / or ideas on how to make this better, I just think that the current alphabetically sorted list has had its time :)

Just a quick update, I've replaced the original list with the categorized one and changed the link on the Wiki's home.

Feel free to improve the list and / or create new categories :-)
