Whats holding you back? As a member of the BPM Practice, key responsibilities may include: · Experience working on cross functional process improvement efforts · 5+ years of well rounded experience in business process redesign/improvement. · Experience running meetings, facilitating group work sessions and providing project management support. · Work with stakeholders to define and reach consensus on the methods, outputs, resources, and timing of the process architecture and execution work. · Experience working in an environment that is heavy in user data that needs to be mapped and understood by stakeholders · Demonstrated experience using Lean, Six Sigma, TQM methodologies and/or other related process improvement methodologies to analyze and improve operational processes · Proven ability to lead a diverse group towards resolution when faced with ambiguous situations · Prior success working on process redesign efforts on large programs · Strong quantitative and analytical problem solving skill · Highly organized/detail-oriented · Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members). Influencing skills highly developed. · Bachelors Degree in Business, Management or a quantitative field · Strong proficiency with the following: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook · Demonstrated experience with Process Mapping/Modeling Tools: Visio, IBM BPM, Aries, Pega, etc. Preferred Qualifications
Prior management consulting experience PMP An MBA or Consulting Experience BPMN 1.2 and/or 2.0 experience Experience working with audits, SOX compliance or any other type of operational compliance standard Financial Services Industry experience
