If this grass-root movement is for real then how about trying this.
It is pretty certain some type of Federal mandate for health care is
going to pass and it is going to hurt us. It is also certain that the
Congress will not sign up for the changes. Well that is not right.
Begin a campaign to force Congress and its staff, the Administration
and its staff and every group that accepts Federal funds to
participate in any plan devised by Congress Write letters to your
Congressmen and the Administration. Call your Congressmen (all
three). Call your friends and ask them to do the same. Call in to
the Limbaugh's and Hannity's. Ever wonder why they haven't promoted a
program like this? I do not know so if you get through ask them.
Hold rally's demanding Congress participate in any plan they dome up
with. Call the local AM talk radio hosts and ask them why they aren't
instigating something like this.

What plan?

Unless Congress passes and the President signs a bill with some sort of
public option, no one will have anything to join.
