Feature: Google Groups and Movable Type

to Movable Type

Is it possible in any way to incorporate a Google Group's postings to a
Movable Type application?

My first thought was to have it (Google Group Postings) sent to an
email account which the Movable Type application read and posted.

However, we know, this is not available either.

Any thoughts?
