Hi,

When the V8 library is build with SCons the default is to turn on "link-time code generation" (ltcg), which means option /GL when compiling and option /LTCG when linking. You can either turn that on in your project as well or turn it off when building the V8 library by passing the option msvcltcg=off to SCons.
