FYI, to all those who have asked before, I just posted a proof of
concept on the SWIG issue at http://code.google.com/p/v8/issues/detail?id=195.
My plans are to implement JSR-223 (like Rhino, but obviously better),
implement and bind HTML 4 (I know, fairly daunting) via http://jericho.htmlparser.net
or http://about.validator.nu/htmlparser/. Then I can finally
accomplish my dream of replacing http://htmlunit.sourceforge.net/ w/ a
good headless browser for testing. Maybe in a few weeks I'll have an
open source project to report.
