Are there any entries in the Spark error log? What happens if user B
initiates the whiteboard session? How are the users initiating the
whiteboard session, are they clicking on the whiteboard icon on the
chat dialog or are they right-clicking on the user in their roster
list and selecting the whiteboard menu item?

2.58 spark and 0.6 of whiteboard. XP 32bit on both machines.

Hello,
We haven't heard of that problem happening before. Which version of
Spark and the whiteboard plugin are you using? What operating system
are you using?

Problem with only one whiteboard starting

I have downloaded the plugin and attempted to test. I have user A and
user B. User A initiates a whiteboard session to user B. User B gets
the request. His whiteboard pops up fine. However a whiteboard never
pops up on user A's screen as I would expect. Is there an issue or am
I overlooking something?

Hi Paula,
Actually, it is a good idea and something that we have discussed here.
During development, we actually set a standalone flag.
Inkscape will work but be careful to only use features that are
supported by the V2 whiteboard. You could test different elements to
see what comes through correctly.

We have talked about having some sort of "stand alone" mode but we haven't had time to implement it.
But, it's good to hear you got it figured out. =)

Hello,
Sorry about the trouble. When we first posted version 0.0.6 the wrong version was set inside the jar which caused the new version message to appear. Try downloading the version that's up on the site now and let us know if you still have problems with it.

Hello, I upgraded all our plugins to .6 when it became available. All
my installs still say an upgrade is available. How do I suppress this,
or correct the issue. Otherwise, my other choice is to uninstall it.
I have it on 200 computers and I'm getting daily complaints. I
emailed the others the day it came out and never got a response.

Hi,

I justed test the command:
svn co svn://version2software.com/whi teboard/trunk
and it worked for me.

Is it possible that you are behind a firewall?
