Web Designers wanted

Hi all

We're up against it on a big project and would like to bring in 2 web designers for a 2-3 month contract.

We need people who
1. Have fab visual and interaction design skills - "looks good, works well" etc
2. Have a portfolio of B2C e-commerce projects
3. Can code XHTML/CSS/JS to W3C standards with their eyes closed
4. Can get up and running quickly with a minimal amount of hand-holding
Experience in the travel industry a bonus.

We're based in Kingston opposite the train station - not too bad a commute from the south coast.
