Persona for recruiting

As some of you know, Aspenware is looking for a new CEO. And in find UX fashion, Janet interviewed our internal team, compiled responses & created a persona representing what kind of person we're looking for. I hadn't thought about using personas for recruiting, but love the idea!

What do you think? Know anyone that matches?

That's awesome. I've been developing Persona's all morning, so this was top of mind. Maybe add some metrics for skill sets, if they aren't embedded in the text already.
