Synchronize for ugland

Could the Synchronize client please be pushed to (at least some of)
the machines in ugland (for those of us with synchronize accounts)?

I've put it (/software/synchronize-2) on picard.math (and also
undergrad.math for administration reasons).

Someone on Monday may want to change the simplistic way I did and also
at the same time spread it further. Or, if worse comes to worst,
perhaps it will be deleted.

Needs the client package too, so I sent synchronize-2_client
after making some room on /fsys.

It needs the client portion of the software too.
I've now distributed the synchronize-2_client package to picard.math.
