gcc

Hi guys,
Being new to gcc, I am having trouble installling it. It gives me the
following 2 errors.
-cannot find license file
-cannot find cc

Below are the errors

Configuring for a sparc-sun-solaris2.7 host.
Created "Makefile" in /usr/local/gcc using "mh-frag"

License Error : Cannot find license file
(/usr/local/flexlm/licenses/license.dat)
for Sun WorkShop Compiler C SPARC

The product has not been installed properly.
There are no license files in following path :
None
Cannot find license file
The license files (or server network addresses) attempted are
listed below. Use LM_LICENSE_FILE to use a different license file,
or contact your software provider for a license file.

FLEXlm error:-1,359. System Error: 2 No such file or directory
cc: acomp failed for conftest.c

*** You must set the environment variable CC to a working compiler.

Deeply appreciate it if somebody can help me with this.
