Dear Club executive,

As many of you may already know I have made the decision to the leave my
position as Clubs and Games Co-ordinator with the UTS Union. My last day
with the Union will be on Friday March 31 before I head overseas for a
year to sunny Ireland to travel and work. I would just like to take this
opportunity to thank you all for your efforts throughout my time in this
position and wish all clubs the best of luck for the 2006 and beyond.

I am writing this email today so that it gives all clubs the opportunity
to remind me if there was something I was meant to do for them. My
position has been advertised and there will be someone replacing me,
however if there was anything that I was in the middle of doing for your
club please remind me and I will endeavour to finalise things as best I
can before I head off.

Thanks again for all your help, it has been a pleasure to be able to
work with you all. If any of you should find yourselves in Ireland don’t
hesitate to look me up for a Guinness or two.
