My comment that "all that I have had in my hands" referred only to life size
skulls.
There were small crystal skulls floating around Oaxaca (approx 4 to 5 cm
high) in the 60's, however, neither Caso nor Paddok mention one. The only

A great example of how fact evolves into Myth. Galileo, an iconic
figure in science, is lionised as a martyr for his beliefs - to some
degree he was. And yet the reality of the circumstances were slightly
