Another example of namespacing:they use 'ui.bootstrap.carousel' in that example. That does kinda suck. :-(

We do something similar to Jason. We use r.js to minify and concatenate, but only run this process when deploying to prod. By default in development nothing is minified and concatenated, so you don't have the wait for build steps between every code change. That seems like awful nonsense to me in development.
