I am working on the UBD website and thought I would check out the chat
room and I discover that you are alive! We miss you in the steering

This is the same guy who spammed us back in June. At that time I found
that he had sent the same message to a bunch of Google Groups. I think
he's just trying to get links to his site from Google. Any way we can
block him?

It looks like this moron is registered to a bunch of cooking related
groups. Can we get him removed from ours at least? Oh all powerful list
admin, is there a way to report this abuse and get his account nuked?

I lived in South Florida for many years my parents are immigrants from
Cuba and I was raised in a typical Cuban household. Rice and beans was
the typical fare at our home for dinner, I really miss eating this type
of food. Also our parties at our house were great, for those of you

My first thought is that you might want to consider dropping the sugar
content a little bit. Maybe just by a couple of tablespoons?
Experiment with that first and see what kind of results you get.
